VoticaGH (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a voting platform that helps organizers in Ghana launch branded competitions, collect votes, and manage payouts.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to organizers, voters, contestants, and affiliates who use our services.

We collect information needed to run secure voting events, process payments, prevent fraud, and support organizers.

We use personal information only for legitimate business purposes related to operating the platform.

Paid votes are processed by Paystack and related payment partners. We do not store full card details on VoticaGH servers.

We may also use infrastructure, messaging, analytics, and fraud-prevention providers that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

Organizers are responsible for the public content they publish and for communicating their own event rules to voters.

We retain account, event, vote, and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.

Organizers may request deletion or export of certain workspace data subject to legal, payment, and audit requirements.

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted transport, audit logging, and monitoring for suspicious activity.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use strong passwords, protect staff accounts, and report suspected incidents promptly.

Depending on your relationship with VoticaGH, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information.

Voters can contact the relevant event organizer for contest-specific questions. Organizers and account holders can contact us directly for platform account requests.

VoticaGH is intended for organizers and participants in competitions run by schools, churches, brands, and community organizations.

If an event involves minors, organizers are responsible for obtaining any required guardian consent and for publishing appropriate event rules.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of VoticaGH after an update means you accept the revised policy, subject to any additional notice required by law.
